General Hospital: Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)

General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are looking for a respite away from the hustle and bustle of their family. Yes, they need a break! While they are immensely and eternally grateful for the community they have rallied around them during this time, they know that they have a rather overbearing family. There are so many big personalities with different feelings and opinions at any given time. It’s a lot to be around all of the time. When everyone else is preparing for a long night out at the Nurses’ Ball, Michael and Willow are going to relish the opportunity to score some quiet alone time.

General Hospital Spoilers — Michael Corinthos Will Put Sonny Corinthos To The Side

Michael has been struggling with how to proceed where his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), is concerned. He doesn’t want to hurt his father the same way he used to desire. However, he’s so deep into this plot with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to take Sonny down that he’s not sure things can be called off at this juncture without serious repercussions. Besides, Dex has since gotten very involved with Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), and she would pay for some of this if Sonny ever found out she and Dex were an item. Likewise, the only way Dex really stays safe is if Sonny goes to jail now. Michael definitely needs a night off from worrying about this.

General Hospital: Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)

General Hospital Updates – Nina Reeves Is Nowhere In Sight

Willow understands Michael’s plight, even if she knows very little about it. It wouldn’t be like Michael to tell Willow he was planning to do something so dangerous and deceptive to Sonny — especially while she’s still advocating for him to move on and forgive his father. Still, Willow has the same stress on her mind as her birth mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Nina is overbearing and judgmental. She has her own agenda, always, and seems to only want to be in Willow’s life to fill the void of the mother-daughter relationship she always wanted but didn’t have with her own mother, or daughter. It will be nice for Willow to table the idea of having to deal with Nina for the night.

Carly Spencer Can Wait

While Michael and Willow both adore Carly, they’d also agree she can be a lot to handle. She’s worried sick about Willow, and her overbearing concern has probably been ratcheted up a few notches since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) left town and freed up even more of her time. Carly doesn’t have a career right now, so she’s sort of just drifting through life and existing for the purpose of supporting everyone else. Sooner or later, she’s bound to get bored, and that’s when her attention will probably turn back to Nina. Another feud between those two is the last thing this family needs right now, but it’s still on the horizon as Nina is going to take aim at Carly with an arsenal full of evidence for the SEC soon. But on the night of the Nurses’ Ball, Michael and Willow are going to relish having Carly’s support, from a distance. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead
