Tia Booth is in bachelorette party mode in her swimsuit. In new social media posts the Bachelor Nation star shows off her amazing figure in a bathing suit while partying with her pals. "Can you believe I'll be a married woman this time next month?🎉 thanks @boatsetter for kicking off my bachelorette right!!!" she captioned the Instagram snaps and video. How does the mother-of-one and bride-to-be maintain her fit physique? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
Prior to Bachelor in Paradise, Tia amped up her workout routine. She hit the gym 2 to 3 times a week where she worked out with a personal trainer, she told E News.
She also revamped her diet. "I've just been watching what I'm eating. If I have food with salt or any kind of butter on it or anything on it it's overwhelming now," she said. "I've just trained my body to get used to veggies and protein," she told E News.
Tia loves starting the day with a cup of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
Tia goes on a lot of walks, taking her dog along for the ride. "If we're not calling it 'sweating for the wedding', what shall we call it??" she captioned a recent post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
"The ACV is back and I ain't as good as I once was…what are the odds I can get used to just shooting it?🥴 any tips for mixing?? Now I'm burping and it is not pleasant…" she captioned a Video of herself taking apple cider vinegar shots. There is limited research that ACV may help to reduce high cholesterol and regulate blood glucose levels. However, it may damage the teeth or throat due to the acidity of the mixture. The best way to take it is by mixing one tbsp of ACV with water and drinking it through a straw.
