Elma loves getting outside and hiking. "Up the mountains," she captioned this photo. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. Elma makes sure to drink enough water. "Hydrated and happy baby," she captioned this snap. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Elma also enjoys coffee – which may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death according to a 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. 

Elma loves soaking in hot water. Similar to baths, soaking in hot water linked to better sleep and may be helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Yesterday was phone free and honestly I had the best day with the best company. Life is so short, you really don't know what's round the corner. I'm so very grateful.
