July 2024 · 1 minute read

Being bankrupt takes a huge toll, we’re guessing- as 50 put up his mansion for sale.
The 52 room mansion in Farmington, Connecticut, has been bought by a company looking to turn it into a nursing home, TMZ reports. The final price, $8m, is far below the almost $20m that the rapper expected when he listed the property on the market.
The drain the mansion was making on the rapper’s finances was huge, especially considering his current status. It cost a whopping $70,000 a month just to maintain it!
Aside its 21 bedrooms, the house also has 9 kitchens, an outdoor infinity pool and grotto, indoor pool, helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts and a pond.
